Bicycle hire

Cycling is probably one of the best ways for discovering our region. The immediate surroundings of Château de l'Epervière are very flat and rural, offering excellent possibilities for cycling. Many little countryside roads and very few traffic make the Saône valley ideal for cycling.  

If you do not bring you own, bicycles can be rented for half a day or a full day from campsite reception.

"Voie Verte" and cycling tours

Not far from Domaine du Château de l'Epervière you will find the "Voie Verte", a former rail road transformed into a cycling path from Givry (Chalon sur Saône) to Cluny. This cycling path of 40 kilometers is almost completely flat and will lead you through the typical Burgundy landscapes of vineyards and through traditional authentic villages.
