Château de l'Epervière's restaurant
Burgundy, region where prestigious wines and gastronomy are part of the daily life. The Haute Cuisine of Burgundy has given some excellent dishes and one can find many excellent restaurants all over Burgundy. At Château de l'Epervière, our restaurant is situated in the castle, we try to live up to this gourmet reputation.
Elegant atmosphere and traditional menus
Inside the thick walls of the château or on our covered terrace, our Chef will take you on a gourmet voyage through Burgundy. Try the authentic "oeufs en meurette", the "escargots" or the world famous "boeuf bourguignon". These dishes would of course be accompanied by delicious Burgundy wines....
But our chef does not only propose regional dishes, you will also find some other mouth watering dishes on his menu. You will discover that our Chef prepares many interesting other dishes and did not forget vegetarians...
The vaulted room
In the Eastern side wing of the castle, the magnificent vaulted room (dating back to the 16th Century) offers you the possibility to choose either the restaurant menu or the pizzeria menu. Pizzas are served both in this vaulted room and on our covered terrasse.

When the evenings are nice, every one wishes to eat outside during their holidays. On our covered terrace, you can enjoy our chef's ideas or choose to go for one of our home-made pizzas if you prefer.
