In the heart of these hilly landscapes are produced delicious red and white wines. Among the most renowned appellations, one finds notably Givry, Mercurey, Montagny or Rully. Less prestigious than the C\u00f4te des Beaune or C\u00f4te de Nuits, these appellations are also cheaper and offer some very nice surprises.
